The BCH Board of Directors has indicated strong support for continuing to provide healthcare services to Southeast Nebraska and Northeast Kansas with its approval of a new Wymore Medical Clinic building in Wymore.
Caspers-Sampson Construction was given the green light for construction of the building and plans to begin moving dirt in September. A groundbreaking ceremony is being planned.
The 7,200 square foot building will be built along the east side of U.S. Highway 77, just north of the Subway building, at an estimated total cost of $4.88 million. The building will have seven exam rooms, a procedure room, a lab draw room and space for behavioral health specialists.
Arbor State Pharmacy will be leasing space in the building, which will have a drive-thru, to provide additional convenience for patients as well as the community of Wymore.
The Wymore Clinic team is led by Lisa Decker, APRN, who joined the Wymore team in 2018, and Kelsie Creevan, APRN, who joined the team in 2023.
