Your wellness matters. Taking control of your health just got easier with My Choice Lab Testing. BCH now offers select discounted blood draws, without a doctor's order, so you can get the information you need to monitor and care for your health and wellness.

My Choice Lab Testing

1. Select the lab test(s) of your choice.
2. Choose the day you wish to come to the BCH Main Hospital Lab for your test(s). You can come to the Lab that day at your convenience between 7:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. Enter at the BCH Main Entrance.
3. If you provide an email address, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Payment will be due when you arrive for your lab test(s). Make payment at BCH Main Hospital Registration Area prior to going to Lab.
5. If you need to reschedule, call 402-223-6574.

Additional Information

1. Results will be available, typically within 24 hours.
2. Results will be available on your BCH OneChart | Patient (MyChart) portal account. Or, you may return to the BCH Main Hospital Lab to pick up a paper copy of your results.
3. Because your doctor did not order these tests, you are responsible for giving the results to your provider OR alerting your provider that you had lab tests done so the provider can view the results in your OneChart | Patient (MyChart) portal account.
4. Should your lab test result in a critical finding, BCH will make one attempt to contact you via phone.
5. My Choice Lab Testing will not be billed to your insurance. You are responsible for payment at the time of registration prior to your blood draw. Payment by Credit Card is recommended.
