BCH Pain Management Services can provide referrals to physical therapy, surgery or other specialties as needed.  If your pain is interfering with your mood or causing anxiety and/or depression, a referral can be made for these services as well. BCH Pain specialists also collaborate with other specialties to provide education for coping with chronic pain if needed.

Pain treatment may include:

• Ultrasound and fluoroscopic guided sacroiliac joint injection
• Fluoroscopically guided lumbar, thoracic spine and cervical spine epidural steroid injections
• Trigger point injections
• Major and intermediate joint injections
• Occipital neuralgia injections for headaches

Referral required

Upon referral from your primary care provider, orthopedist or other physician, our specialist will do a complete assessment of your pain and develop a treatment plan suited to your needs and expectations.
