During this 11-week program, you will work alongside a nurse preceptor, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for a career in nursing.
Eligible clinical positions may apply for student loan repayment assistance for federally-insured student loans.
Encourages employees to develop new knowledge, improve technical skills, and pursue education that supports career advancement and is beneficial to BCH.
Supports non-traditional students interested in the development and growth of a clinical program through Southeast Community College (SCC) or other approved postsecondary institutions.

BCH covers the cost of required licensure for all clinical staff.

All shadowing requests are approved by the department leader and will be granted based on available staff and individual department workload.
