We want to assure you that we are taking the necessary precautions for your safety.  We will have round tables separated/distanced throughout the entire conference hall.  We will plan on no more than six people at each large round table and will have each table at least six feet apart.

Please wear a face mask and/or covering when you enter the conference room, if you desire.

When you arrive, you will need to check-in so we can mark down who attended the meeting and you will be handed your own zip-lock bag of materials needed for the meeting. Our team will be there to direct you and answer any questions you may have. Please plan on staying for the full duration of the meeting as the last 30 minutes are extremely important to gather your community insight.

This will be a “working” lunch meeting, therefore a free box lunch will be available by 11:00 a.m.  We ask that you find your seat and begin eating. The presentation will start promptly at 11:30 a.m.

If you seek any additional information or have any questions regarding this Town Hall meeting, please contact Diane Vicars, Senior Executive, Marketing Communications, at 402-223-7217 or marketing@bchhc.org.
