My Choice Lab Testing Hours Expanding

August 2025

Beatrice Community Hospital is pleased to announce that its on-demand lab service hours are expanding.

My Choice Lab Testing days and hours are expanding from two days a week to five days a week – Monday thru Friday. In addition, no specific appointment times will be required.

Expanded hours will begin on Friday, Aug. 1.

Patients and community members must continue to sign up for My Choice Lab Testing online. After selecting their test(s), they will be asked to choose a day for their lab work. A patient or community member can come for the lab work anytime during Lab hours. Lab hours are 7:30 a.m.- 4 p.m.

All My Choice Lab Testing is done at the BCH Main Hospital Lab. All patients and community members must first stop at the BCH Main Registration Area to register and pay for their test(s) before going to the Hospital Lab.

No provider order is required for My Choice Lab Testing. Because a provider does not order the test(s), the patient/community member is responsible for giving the results to their provider or alerting their provider they had the tests done. The results will be posted in the OneChart | Patient (MyChart) portal, if available, and/or paper copies can be picked up from the Lab.

My Choice Lab Testing is not billed to insurance.

12 tests are available at a discounted rate:
