We’re proud to share that BCH has received the 2026 Governor’s Wellness Award at the Harvester level!

This honor reflects our organization’s commitment to supporting the physical, mental, emotional, social and financial wellbeing of our employees.

BCH has previously earned the Grower Award, most recently in 2023, and the Sower Award. Each award is valid for three years.

The Harvester Award recognizes organizations reaping benefits of an advanced wellness program with high-quality outcomes. The Grower Award is presented to organizations with enhanced wellness programs positively changing employee health behaviors, and the Sower award level is for organizations taking initial steps to encourage workplace wellness. 

Thirty-one Nebraska businesses were honored with 2026 Governor's Wellness Awards. Including this year's winners, 592 total awards have been distributed across the state since the awards program began in 2008 by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
