Tiffany Robertson BCH Care Award Winner

August 2025

Beatrice Community Hospital is proud to announce that Tiffany Robertson, certified surgical technologist-first assist, was selected this year’s Care Award honoree.

Robertson was selected by the organization’s employees for the honor, and she will represent BCH at the Nebraska Hospital Association’s Caring Kind Luncheon in Omaha this October.

Tiffany has been employed by BCH since 2017, and said she was incredibly proud to be chosen to represent BCH.

“I love working in the Operating Room,” Robertson said. “Being able to do what I love in the community I grew up in is an absolute blessing."

Robertson’s nomination highlighted her passion for caring for patients regardless of any public recognition. Her nomination, stated, in part: “Patients and staff may not even know who she is or that she was even involved in care, but Tiff truly does care for people, and it shows in the work she performs. Every day she comes to work and provides exceptional skills and knowledge to the surgical department. Patients who do know who she is ask for her by name. Surgeons request her in their cases. Her co-workers know that when Tiff is in the room the surgery is going to be done with meticulous attention to detail, and it will be smooth and routine. … Tiffany's job is often unseen and unknown, but it is done by an expert hand. She is highly skilled with years of experience, a true professional. Her dedication to the Beatrice hospital means our community is blessed to have her as part of it.”

Robertson lives in Beatrice with her husband, Aaron, and three young children. When not in the Operating Room, she enjoys watching Husker Volleyball, playing sand volleyball, and watching her children participate in all of their activities.
