October Provider Spotlight

October 2024

Meet Jaime Hatcliff, a physician assistant in our Beatrice Women's & Children's Clinic. Get to know more about Jaime below!

Why did you pursue a career in healthcare?

"I had just started the 5th grade when I lost my great-grandmother to breast cancer. Watching her heroic battle made me want to pursue a career in medicine. A few years later I would be introduced to and fall in love with the physician assistant profession. I can’t imagine doing anything else."

What do you like about working in women's medicine?

"The female body is absolutely amazing. Women have very unique healthcare needs which change depending on the stage of life they are in. Being able to provide women a place where they prioritize their health, feel comfortable talking about it and leave feeling heard is very rewarding!"

Fun facts about yourself:

"My husband, Jason, and I have three girls which keep us busy and usually sitting on a bleacher somewhere. They’ll occasionally include us in one of their TikTok videos just to keep us humble. I love most sports especially volleyball, basketball, golf, baseball and football. I am always freezing so I love anything involving sunshine and being out in the heat."
