Beatrice Community Hospital Hospice invites the families they served during the past year to honor their loved one in the company of others at an afternoon Time of Remembrance Memorial Service sponsored by BCH Hospice.
This special event will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, at the Parkview Conference Center, 1216 S. Eighth St., Beatrice.
Family members are encouraged to bring photos or other memorabilia for the Memory Table.
The service will include remarks by the hospice chaplain, the Rev. David Cramer, and a reading of the names of loved ones. Refreshments will be served following the program.
In addition, those attending will receive wildflower seeds in the shape of a butterfly to be planted in the spring.
“Grief can be very isolating,” said BCH Hospice Coordinator Paul Jensen. “Our memorial service is a special time to find comfort in the company of others and to share memories of loved ones in a warm, caring environment.”
