Beatrice Community Hospital is proud to announce that Gallagher has recognized BCH as a Best-in-Class Employer for the second year in a row.

Gallagher’s Best-in-Class Employer Award recognizes employers that excel in supporting their employees’ physical, emotional, career and financial wellbeing for better organizational outcomes.

BCH scored in the top quartile of large and midsize employers participating in Gallagher’s Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey. The recognition was based on how BCH scored on its performance in the following areas:

• Planning horizons for the benefits and compensation strategies
• Extent of their wellbeing strategy
• Turnover rate for full-time equivalents (FTEs)
• Completion of a workforce engagement survey
• Use of an HR technology strategy and its level of sophistication
• Difference in healthcare costs over the prior year
• Use of a communication strategy
