Creevan selected ACO Provider Champion
Congratulations to Kelsie Creevan, a nurse practitioner at Wymore Medical Clinic, who was awarded the first-ever Bryan Health Connect Accountable Care Organization Provider Champion award.
Her winning nomination stated: “Kelsie Creevan is a newer nurse practitioner but she goes above and beyond for her patients. She ensures they get the best quality care and ensures to offer all options for preventative measures to patients. She has caught a ton of diagnoses early for patients and increased their outcomes. She demonstrates great communication with all team members. She takes time with all her patients to ensure they feel heard. She is a great nurse practitioner.”
Creevan joined the Wymore Medical Clinic team in September 2023, shortly after earning her APRN license.
The ACO Provider Champion award recognizes providers who demonstrate a commitment to improving population health, reducing cost, enhancing patient experience, and improving the life of all health care providers.
The award is to be presented annually. Employees of ACO member organizations are invited to submit nominations which are then voted on by ACO members. ACO member organization are Antelope Memorial Hospital, Beatrice Community Hospital, Bryan Medical Center, Bryan Physician Network, Crete Area Medical Center, Great Plains Health, Howard County Medical Center, Inpatient Physician Associates, Kearney Regional Medical Center, Mary Lanning Healthcare, Merrick Medical Center, Pender Community Hospital, Saunders Medical Center.
An ACO is a network of physicians and other health care providers who share financial and medical responsibility for patients. ACO members work together to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care at the lowest possible cost.
